Return Policy

Am I Eligible for Return or Refund?

If you are unsatisfied with the product you have received or ordered an incorrect product, we will be glad to assist you with an exchange or refund. Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase shipping date. Products must be unused and in original product packaging. A Return/Exchange Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.

How to Apply?

Before sending anything back, you must contact us via the Contact Us page or via email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. An RMA number does not imply that credit or exchange will be given — it is only an authorization to return a part for evaluation. We reserve the right to reject any return based on its condition or non-compliance with our return policy. All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Before Sending Back

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, with all parts and accessories, and in original packaging. Products returned with signs of wear and tear or damage will not be accepted for refund or exchange and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Products returned used, damaged, without an RMA number, without packaging or damaged packaging, or missing parts or accessories will be subject to a 15% restocking fee (15% of the original invoice price). These types of returns or exchanges are still subject to denial and may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Return Postage

Return postage is firmly the responsibility of the sender. Any packages sent back via Return to Sender method will be charged the additional shipping cost in the amount of $4.99–$9.99 depending on the final cost incurred.

How Will I Be Refunded?

Once a return has been received and approved, we will issue a store credit or exchange as noted on the RMA Form. A refund to the original form of payment for the current cost of the item(s) can be processed if the item is within 30 days from the original receipt date. If the item being returned is outside of 30 days, only an exchange or store credit at the current cost of item(s) will be issued.

When Will I Be Refunded?

Refunds are processed via bank wire transfer to your original payment account. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as processing time may apply. Next, contact your bank. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@hyranger.com.
